A quotation request is an enquiry only. It is not an accepted order, reservation of stock, or commitment to a price or delivery date.

A commercial commitment exists only in the written quotation, order confirmation, invoice, or supply agreement issued or accepted by Tiba Insulation. The validity period and specific conditions stated in that document take priority.

Product availability, brand, origin, dimensions, density, thickness, facing, packaging, minimum quantity, and lead time are confirmed for each quotation. Images are illustrative and packaging or appearance may change without affecting the confirmed technical requirement.

Customers are responsible for providing the application, BOQ, specification, operating conditions, dimensions, and required standards accurately. Final selection should be reviewed against the project consultant or approved specification where applicable.

Datasheets, certificates, and manufacturer documents are supplied for technical review. Their scope may vary by product, factory, production date, thickness, density, facing, and intended application. Manufacturer documents may be revised without prior notice.

Only the documents specifically submitted with the relevant quotation or submittal should be used for project approval. Website content is not a substitute for an approved technical submittal.

Prices, taxes, payment terms, transport, unloading, delivery location, and lead time are stated in the applicable quotation or order confirmation. Delays caused by unavailable stock, manufacturers, carriers, site access, force majeure, or events beyond reasonable control will be communicated when known.

The customer should inspect quantities and visible condition on delivery and report any discrepancy promptly using the contact details on the commercial document.

Cancellation, return, replacement, and claim terms depend on the written quotation, product condition, special-order status, cutting or fabrication, manufacturer policy, and applicable requirements. No website statement overrides the specific written commercial terms.

Tiba Insulation website content, layout, and original materials may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Manufacturer names, logos, product images, datasheets, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed to identify products supplied or promoted by Tiba Insulation.
